When the client originally approached us the brief given for this scheme was to add an extension to the rear of the property and carry out an internal refurbishment.
Having seen the property, however, and discussed the requirements of the client our managing director, Mr Norman, incorporated the adjoining building to the main residence into the scheme with the results being the design of a grand property truly befitting the location.
